Conclusion
Over the course of almost 4 years I significantly upgraded all our product surface area and the maturity of the design function:
- Designing and overhauling the Marketing website as a product for different teams within the company to use
- Starting a new design vision (including flows, components, and visuals) for the Marketplace and SaaS products that was a much more cohesive system across both product lines as we sought to unify the experiences
- Bringing the SaaS product to a level of maturity to satisfy the business needs of Fortune 500 companies.
- Growing a team and staying connected as we transitioned to a news ways working during the early stages of the pandemic.
